A "let's refurb" Vlog where I document the fail/win process of buying grubby old retro tech from ebay in the hope of an easy clean up. This time I got myself a very unusual SEGA SG Commander controller for a 'Buy it Now' price of £4.99 + £2.99 shipping. Thanks for watching! Thanks for watching!

Hello everyone! In this video i am going to be taking apart a PS2 controller i picked up that was really, really dirty and use it as an example of how to clean your retro controllers. This is a little bit harder to do with modern controllers as they all have tightly compact Bluetooth electrics inside, and probably isnt the easiest thing to take apart! Hope you enjoy! Thanks for all the feedback!

This is how I clean and refurbish some of the retro consoles I get. In this vid I show some of the tricks I use to get old hardware looking nice and clean/ tidy again. I'm pretty sure I got the WD40 idea from one of Luke Morse's vids so when I find the link for that I'll post it here (*edit* Found it! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mn3fYW3Tn7Q ). Either way, check out his channel if you're into collecting retro games and hardware (there's a link on my page). Thanks for watching!

Hello guys! Not exactly the most exiting video, but still a useful tip to box collectors out there - enjoy!
This is my 1970 Made In England Raleigh Tourist Rod-Brake bike. I am slowly going through it and cleaning it up. In this video I overhaul the bottom bracket which was a mess. Loose bearings. There were some kind of seeds inside the bottom bracket shell. I opened it up, which included a stuck fixed cup. I cleaned all the parts. I replaced the bearings and put it back together. In this video, I used a trick to remove the stuck fixed cup. I did another video with more detail on that: Watch that here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oa8ztfXcHkg The specialized tools I used were: Park Tool ACW-11 Slotted Bottom Bracket Adjustable Cup Wrench http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000C14P1C/ref=nosim/youtube25-20 Park Tool ACW-5 Lock Ring Spanner http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B000C17...
Our smallest home tour yet – a 210-square-foot airstream trailer. See how Sean Swayze and Kent Worth transformed a retro airstream trailer from the 1980s into a perfect weekend getaway. By replacing the floor, painting the walls and adding modern decor, the owners created a stylish, bright interior. In addition to renovating the inside space, Sean and Kent created an outdoor deck that’s the ideal spot to entertain. Complete with a shed that functions as a guest bedroom, an outdoor living room that overlooks the river, as well as a dining area, the small space has everything they need and more.
